Arno is the Chief Executive Officer at ITC Secure and is responsible for ITC’s business operations globally, delivering growth via high performing services and superior cyber security outcomes for its customers. He has over a decade of experience in growing and managing cybersecurity businesses. Arno is an engineering graduate with two decades of experience advising on matters related to cyber security and digital privacy. He routinely briefs customer boardrooms on strategic cyber threats and has led information leak and hacking investigations globally for publicly listed and large multinational companies. Arno is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC).

Wendy Carstairs is a technology leader and sales professional with 25+ years’ experience in the IT industry across market-leading vendors, resellers, distribution, and independent software vendors.

In her current role in Microsoft, Wendy is the Cloud Solutions Architecture Leader for Global Partner Solutions UK, leading a team of Microsoft technology experts in AI and Security. The team works with Microsoft Partners to bring new capabilities to market to drive digital transformation and enable our customers to achieve more.

Mark Weait
Chief Revenue Officer at ITC Secure

Mark Weait is the Chief Revenue Officer at ITC Secure, responsible for leading the company’s revenue generation operations, overseeing all sales, marketing and strategic partnership efforts to support the company’s next phase of growth and its expanding go-to-market plans.

Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in the technology sector with particular expertise in enterprise networks, mobile technologies managed security services, big data platforms and cloud services. Prior to ITC Secure, Mark was Vice President and Head of Europe at Tata Communications, where he was responsible for leading the sale of Tata Communications’ entire portfolio of network, cloud, mobility, security and unified communications and collaboration services across Europe.

Before this, he led the EMEA Carries and Distribution business at Blackberry. Prior to this, he was the EMEA Vice President of Mobile 365, responsible for driving the company’s rapid revenue growth in the region, which contributed to its acquisition first by Sybase and then by SAP. At SAP Mobile Services, Mark became Head of Global Sales, managing a 100-strong team.

Mandeep Gosal
Director of Professional Services at ITC Secure

Mandeep Gosal is the Director of Professional Services at ITC Secure and is responsible for the company’s professional services portfolio including Cyber Advisory.

He has more than 15 years’ international experience in effective customer service delivery, development and execution of strategy and management of business in both the telecommunications and cyber security sectors. Mandeep is a Certified Information Security Manager.

Before joining ITC, Mandeep worked at global firm Ericsson for 12 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, an MBA  from the London School of Economics, and completed Cyber Security for Business Leaders certificate at Oxford University.

Alan Armstrong
Senior Cloud Security Architect at ITC Secure and Microsoft MVP

Alan Armstrong is a Senior Cloud Security Architect at ITC Secure. With over eight years of experience, Alan advises customers on security solutions enabling them to correctly implement and maximise the use of their Microsoft technology investments. Alan is a Microsoft Most Valued Professional in security and was one of the first in the world to achieve a Blackbelt in Microsoft Defender for Cloud in the Microsoft Security Customer Connection Community. He currently holds 13 Microsoft certifications and has played an active role in Microsoft’s global Windows 11 advertising campaign. In his spare time, Alan co-hosts the Let’s Talk Azure podcast.

Head of Pre Sales at ITC Secure

Jason Curtis is the Head of Pre Sales at ITC Secure. With over 25 years’ experience in cyber security and secure networking, he has worked at some of the leading global managed service providers. At ITC, Jason leads the pre sales team in providing technical expertise to customer stakeholders. He is a technologist, managed services specialist and advocate of the Zero Trust model. Jason is a father and taxi to his two children, although not always in that order.

Pete Cooper
Former deputy director of Cyber Defence in the Cabinet Office

Pete Cooper is the former Deputy Director of Cyber Defence within the Government Security Group in the UK Cabinet Office. With a diverse military, private sector and government background, he has worked on everything ranging from cyber operations, global cyber security strategies, advising on the nature of state vs state cyber conflict, to leading cyber security change with ground-breaking, collaborative work across industry, public sector and the global hacker community, including founding the Aerospace Village at DEF CON and Cyber 9/12 UK.
