Mark is Chief Revenue Officer at ITC Secure, responsible for leading the company’s revenue generation operations, overseeing all sales, marketing and strategic partnership efforts to support the company’s next phase of growth and its expanding go-to-market plans.
Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in the technology sector with particular expertise in enterprise networks, mobile technologies managed security services, big data platforms and cloud services. Prior to ITC Secure, Mark was Vice President and Head of Europe at Tata Communications, where he was responsible for leading the sale of Tata Communications’ entire portfolio of network, cloud, mobility, security and unified communications and collaboration services across Europe.
Before this, he led the EMEA Carries and Distribution business at Blackberry. Prior to this, he was the EMEA Vice President of Mobile 365, responsible for driving the company’s rapid revenue growth in the region, which contributed to its acquisition first by Sybase and then by SAP. At SAP Mobile Services, Mark became Head of Global Sales, managing a 100-strong team.
Lieutenant General Sir Graeme Lamb is a former director of UK Special Forces and Commander of the British Field Army. He was Deputy Commander to US General Petraeus in Iraq and key adviser to US General McChrystal in Afghanistan.
With a reputation as “straight-talking and unfussy” (the Guardian), Graeme is widely recognised as an authority on working in coalitions, delivering strategic objectives, and creating high-performance teams. His emphasis on separating “reconcilable and irreconcilable issues” has a profound bearing on most organisational challenges.
José Lázaro Pinos is a Security Solutions Expert at Microsoft. José has a great passion for the security field and specializes in enabling Microsoft partners to build their security practice whilst taking advantage of next-generation security capabilities offered by the Microsoft Security stack.
José aids organisations to achieve digital transformation, and adoption of new work models whilst maintaining high security standards.
Dave Cartwright is a technology professional with over 30 years’ experience in fields including academia, defence, publishing, intellectual property, telecoms and banking. He is founding technical editor of both Network Week and Techworld and contributes regularly to TheRegister.com. He is also co-founder of the Jersey Charitable Skills Pool and the Jersey Tech Awards, sits on the judging panel for the UK Cloud Awards and the Tech Trailblazers Awards, and chairs the Channel Islands Information Security Forum.
Dave is a fellow of the BCS (and sits on its branches finance committee), a chartered engineer, a chartered IT professional and a member of the Chartered Institute of Information Security. He holds a CISSP certification and is a qualified ISO 27001:2013 lead auditor.
Steve is the Head of Customer Success at ITC Secure. He began his career in the Royal Air Force and worked in the telecommunications for over 30 years. He spent the last nine years at Tata communications, during which he was a driving force in evolving the company from a carrier centric Wholesale Provider to an Enterprise centric Managed Service Provider, covering a broad range of Networking, Security, Unified Communications and Cloud services.
In addressing the market, Steve passionately believes there is a virtuous circle of Customer, Company and Employee. He is an Engineer by trade, and is extremely focused on systems and how they optimise a company’s performance through effective communication, process and teamwork. This focus feeds an insatiable appetite to always do better, as a collective.
