ITC Secure Networking appoints Sir Richard Paniguian as Non-Executive Chairman

Former UK Trade & Investment Head of Defence and Security brings his considerable management experience to the Board of ITC

ITC has recently announced the appointment of former British Petroleum (“BP”) Group Vice President and UK Trade & Investment (“UKTI”) Defence and Security Head Sir Richard Paniguian as Non-Executive Chairman.

Sir Richard brings a wealth of global business experience to his new role at ITC. Over his 37 years at BP, he held senior positions in Marketing, Oil Trading, Finance and Shipping before he became BP’s Vice President for Gas and Power for the Middle East. In 2002, he was appointed Group Vice President for BP as a whole. Following this, in 2008, Sir Richard joined the British Civil Service as Head of the UKTI Defence and Security Organisation. He remained in this position until 2015. He is currently a Senior Partner at C5 Capital, which acquired ITC in November 2016.
