Steve is the Head of Customer Success at ITC Secure. He began his career in the Royal Air Force and worked in the telecommunications for over 30 years. He spent the last nine years at Tata communications, during which he was a driving force in evolving the company from a carrier centric Wholesale Provider to an Enterprise centric Managed Service Provider, covering a broad range of Networking, Security, Unified Communications and Cloud services.
In addressing the market, Steve passionately believes there is a virtuous circle of Customer, Company and Employee. He is an Engineer by trade, and is extremely focused on systems and how they optimise a company’s performance through effective communication, process and teamwork. This focus feeds an insatiable appetite to always do better, as a collective.
With over 35 years of experience, Kev possesses an extensive career in the computing industry. His professional journey includes a significant focus on Linux and Windows engineering for some of the world’s leading investment banks. In the last decade, his expertise has shifted towards advising clients on contemporary Identity and Access Management (IAM), the principle of least privilege, and alternative strategies for Privileged Access Management (PAM).
