Quite aptly timed, this happens to be European Cyber Security Month. Unintentionally, or perhaps we should say perfectly planned, earlier this month we held the 5th gathering of our Cyber Security Council in the iconic White Tower of the Tower of London. Chaired by Lieutenant General Sir Graeme Lamb, the council discussed collective defence and information sharing between businesses to tackle cyber threat. There was something quite special about looking at modern-day security against the backdrop of a medieval form of defence. If you would like to find out more or become a council member click the link on the right.
The non-related ‘Taylor Brothers’ feature once again in the bulletin. Malcolm penning the lead feature and Adrian, our CTO, looking at the power of cloud security. He discusses the role it has to play in cyber crime and how malicious actors can exploit cloud computing in the arms race for online security. Read Adrian’s article on the right.
Finally, as always, we highly recommend you keep up to date with our Threat Horizons. These highlight the more critical vulnerabilities you need to be aware of, and include steps for remediation.
Enjoy the rest of European Cyber Security Month. We’ll be back just before Father Christmas comes to pay us all a visit.
