London, UK – October 21st, 2022 – ITC Secure (ITC) is excited to announce that it has been awarded the Microsoft Solutions Partner designation in Security: reaffirming ITC’s deep expertise in solutions and services powered by Microsoft’s security suite.
In addition, a second Microsoft Solutions Partner designation in Modern Work and a third in Infrastructure place ITC amongst the most accredited Microsoft Partners in the ecosystem.
In March of this year, Microsoft announced a strategic shift of their partner program from the ‘Microsoft Partner Network’ to the ‘Microsoft Cloud Partner Program’ to better reflect the ongoing transition of business operations to the cloud and the way customers buy today.
Microsoft’s strategic shift also involves transforming the accreditation process, moving away from Gold and Silver partner status, by focusing on proficiency in six solution areas aligned with the Microsoft Cloud:
- Data & AI (Azure)
- Infrastructure (Azure)
- Digital & App Innovation (Azure)
- Business Applications
- Modern Work
- Security
This change evolves in the way partners’ capabilities are categorised and how success is measured. Customers will be able to identify those that stand out based on two qualifying levels:
- The solutions partner level is a designation that is based on meeting specific requirements across what we call the partner capability score (see below) for each solution area.
- Specializations and expert programs will give solutions partners a way to differentiate their organizations and demonstrate deep technical expertise and experience in specific technical scenarios under each solution area.
ITC’s advanced skillset in Security is recognised through the attainment of three Microsoft Security Advanced Specializations (now called Specializations) in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, and Threat Protection. In parallel, ITC is actively working to achieve the fourth and final Security Specialization in Information Protection and Governance.
ITC also remains an active member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA).
